Dud

Woke up at 5 today, got to rush to UTAR for an early orientation. Something is just not so right today, I felt uneasy and somewhat, tired. Maybe I didn't get a good sleep last night (well I have forced myself to sleep at 11 p.m. so that I could get enough sleep for the early activities, oh well... You can't just get yourself back on track to normal sleeping time right after you have burnt the midnight oil for about 3 weeks non-stop... And I rolled on the bed until 2 a.m. =_=). And so, I dragged along my heavy head and tired body to UTAR, bus, walk, LRT, whatever...

Somehow I regretted when I reached there, it was only 7 a.m. while the darn orientation starts at 8 a.m. (ahem, that's what they said). At first I supposed it was not such a big problem, since I haven't eat my breakfast (I brought along breads). The moment I was searching for a place at the canteen, I met my secondary mate Adrian, not that it's the first time I ever see him in UTAR, and he'll be taking Actuarial Science too. He brought along one female friend with him, we had a short chat while having my breakfast, until his other female friend came, and another male friend along. I felt never-before-alien and extremely embarrassed in that circumstances, so I left the group. I had not a slight idea of what to do right after that, it was still early, so I've decided to take a tour around PD to get myself familiarize with it (frankly I will still get lost in it). But what a luck I had, I could only gain access to 3rd floor, since other levels are either locked or blocked, crap.

I had no choice but to go back to the main entrance, sit at the staircase, glaring at the crowd (yes, somewhat angry, and tired), while kept poking Kelvin. And then suddenly Ipoh Boy, S, walked towards me and asking for the whereabout of Jess, and how in the world should I know? I was kinda surprise to see that tag on him, it was written "Crew", hmm... Not bad eh?

And finally our grand orientation gets its kick start when our si tau poh, Cynthia stepped forward and announced the commencement of registration at the car park area (you were great Cyn, but WAY too great... Lol). And so we lined up (I saw lineS, but I'd rather call them curves, whatever) and waited for our turn. This time the orientation got so much more organized than the last one I attended 1 year ago (*curse*I have waited for 4 hours for the last orientation, lining up!*curse*), where they sorted out the foundation students from the degree students, looks okay to me (great work Cyn, beers from me). In the progress I saw S (again), asking whether I want to be in the same class as him and Jess and the gang, I did not refuse (neither did I planned to beforehand), I was tired at the moment and anything will work for me. And so I "jumped the queue invertedly", to the back row (=_="")... Together with Jess's gang. I saw Michelle, Hyung Ying (did I spell it correctly?), and don't know who don't know who don't know who don't know who (I suppose all are TD3 gang?), and again, felt kinda alien and extremely paiseh in that situation Zzz (why do most TD1s have to take engineering? Groan...).

After listening to Cyn's shouting for twice among the crowd (again, WAY too great XD), and overhearing some chit-chatting and gossiping between the people (erm... Zzz), we finally got our turn. Show the student bill and IC, wait for the data input, and grabbed our stuff. On the way to the briefing hall Jess fled with gang, and again I was left alone, chit-chatting with Patt and S at the basement, bound into Cyn and got poked (=_=") for not helping in the orientation. I'm such one lazy person you know...

And so and so and so I went alone into the hall, found a sit. Waited for about half an hour, injected some JRocks (luckily I brought along my wife), then it starts. (Ooh you looked amazing on the screen Cyn! I mean only on the screen XD JKJK...). They started the introduction with some lame jokes (erm... No offense, the people actually laughed, but laughed as they are lame. Your partner seemed to be nervous, kinda ruined the thing up... It was like the joke is being planned earlier and forcefully spitted out. Well of course it is okay to plan a joke, but why THIS obviously? Or did I get it wrong?).

And he bla she bla they bla UTAR bla everyone bla... I can't concentrate, my funny head is getting serious that I couldn't wait to get the hell out of that place at once. I sms'ed S to get his stuff back (I kept the shirt and miscellaneous for him temporarily) and that he screened me out of that hall as coincidentally he was standing post at that hall. The lights are off when the people are watching the video and so I got away quite easily. After saying goodbye to S I went up-stair to the DSA, as I expected, not a single student there, good for me. I went straight in the office and sit down while had a talk with one of the officers there regarding scholarship application. And as I expected too, I screwed it. The minimum requirement for UTAR scholarship is a CGPA of 3.8, and yet I can only get a max of 3.6 or 3.7 , junk Zzz. Another failure in my life.

After leaving the DSA in sorrow, I headed for the library (is it the same level? I lost count @_@) to get my student ID done (that was what I thought), and then being instructed to head for the ICTC located at the different level instead (Zzz). When I reached the ICTC guy asked me to wait till 1 p.m. for the photo taking session, I was totally clueless as we didn't need a photo-taking session last time during foundation when we could just bring our own photo and get the job done. Yea right AS IF I'm gonna stay till 1 o'clock (it was 10 a.m. when I last spoke to with guy Zzz).

Finally I left UTAR, headed for the bus stop and waited for the bus to LRT station (damn the sun is the usual case today T_T). A family of three walked towards me from the opposite side of the road and asked about the bus route and schedule. That family came from Alor Setar (Hmm...) and their daughter (cutie) takes Actuarial Science too, but she has gone through form six before this. We chatted our way while waiting for the bus, they asked about the living style in Pee Jay, expenses, hostel, UTAR... Oh well...

Reached home at 12.40 something... (yea about 2 hours =_= geez...). After the journey to and fro I was totally exhausted, what with the headache some more, so I got myself in bed right after the wash-up, until 7 p.m. (dinner time). What a day.

(Gosh my head... Argh...)

Thoughts: "Probability" is crap today, it's very unbelievable that my MP3 player acted weird. Well the ratio of female artists to male artists in my player is almost a 50:1, but then today I kept got the chaining of male artists' songs when I put my player on randomized playlist, strange... Out of the 236 songs? Hmm...

Oh, and if your parents are government servants, congratulation for the pay rise. *raised eyebrow*Finally another rare occurrence of good deed from our government, well, great work. (The market index actually rose, what an immediate effect =_="" You can exchange US dollars for a lower rate now, 3.33 if I'm not mistaken...)

The art of cleaning

Cleaning rule No. 1: Wake up late, real late, like 12 in the noon. To make sure yourself have enough sleep and energy for what's coming up.

Cleaning rule No. 2: Have a full breakfast, like 1 donut, a gallon of milk, and a big bowl of "Fish Head mee hun", without fish head. This full meal will prepare you to face the challenges coming in the next few hours.

Cleaning rule No. 3: Do not bathe first, if you have the habit of bathing when you wake up. As you will dirty yourself soon anyway, so don't even bother to wash your face. Just brush your teeth, for the breakfast.

Cleaning rule No. 4: Wear casually, real casual, say, even a pyjamas will do. Prepare to get wet as you perspire and soaked up by the water in the process of cleaning.

Cleaning rule No. 5: Check and determine whether the weather of the day suits for your task. For the fact that a blazing hot sun is enough to crush even the strongest soul on Earth. A damp and windy weather is the element that you need.

Cleaning rule No. 6: Start off slow, but steadily. Don't rush yourself to finish the current job just so that you could do other chore in time. You would find yourself wasting time to clean something up if you have not concentrated at all, it will not be clean after all, trust me. If you have other matters to attend to, do not hesitate to put down that cloth and shoo.

Cleaning rule No. 7: Get those songs rolling, plug in your MP3 and start injecting yourself with the energy while doing work.

Cleaning rule No. 8: Do not give yourself a chance to rest. No don't stop. Do everything in a push while you're still at it.

Cleaning rule No. 9: Do not treat dust and pests as your enemies, instead say hi and see you again to them. Be gentle and friendly, you will need to deal with these kinds frequently in the future. "Aren't Malaysian Courteous?"

Cleaning rule No. 10: Do not put on mask if you know your nose is allergic to dust, doing so will only worsen the situation and make you feel uneasy.

Cleaning rule No. 11: Take your time, even if it means whole day. Say like, 4 hours.

Cleaning rule No. 12: The most crucial part, take a thorough shower after everything is done. And then enjoy staying in your clean and shiny house.

Washed out crap...

Okay, I know I've made an irreversible turn in my life, but I didn't know! Horror and thriller have never been my taste, not that I hate to watch them, I even had a sort of desire for them during my childhood (you know, kids, endless search for "excitement", whatever...). But now? I'd rather avoid them as possible. I'm not too keen in watching the disgusting and chilling scenes in those movies anymore, save me from goosebumps. I began to question where did I find that sort of "joy" when watching them before I grew up (=_=).

Anyway, I've watched it. At first I thought this is a pure post-apocalyptic movie, like Armageddon, Deep Impact, The Day After Tomorrow, The Sinking of Japan (I skipped this one), Sunshine (skipped it too), or, as far as it goes, even The Greenhouse Effect (?), Volcano and War of the World (they are not too "apocalyptic", just the destruction of something! Give me something to shoot at...)? Well I love those! Not that I'm a psycho who enjoys watching the end of humanity and the loss of life or the like, but I've always been long seeking the true origin of mankind, and curious on how everything will end. Every time I get something from the movie itself, it clearly delivers the message that everyone should starts doing something in order to save ourselves (can we?) from extinction.

But in the end? The god damn title fooled me, it should have clarified more clearly that it's a science fiction/horror! I felt a bit of uneasiness when the movie started about 3 minutes, and the whole thing begins after that. This thriller never fails to deliver the non-stop action (which I think it get its compliment for) and spine-chilling scenes, seriously it never stops! Just when you think this is going to be a peaceful and "happily ever after" or the sort, there comes a zombie popping out from nowhere onto the darn screen and scaring you out. Oh did I mention that this movie is sooo resemble to Resident Evil (story line and techniques used)? But I prefer this XD.

As the movie poster says, "WEEK ONE: No Trace, WEEK TWO: No Warning, WEEK EIGHT: No Control, WEEK SIXTEEN: No Cure, WEEK TWENTY EIGHT: No Escape." Me too felt the same way when the movie starts screening...

FIRST MINUTE: No Trace
SECOND MINUTE: No Warning
EIGHTH MINUTE: No Control
SIXTEENTH MINUTE: No Cure
TWENTY-EIGHTH MINUTE: No Excape

The film opens with husband and wife Don and Alice hiding in a boarded-up cottage in the countryside with four others as the Rage infection spreads across the mainland of Great Britain. Although they initially seem to be safe, the cottage is soon attacked by the Infected and the inhabitants become separated. Don finds his wife cornered by an Infected individual in a bedroom, pleading for his help. However, rather than put himself at risk by intervening, Don shuts the door on her and flees the cottage, escaping on a motorboat on a nearby river.

Twenty-eight weeks after the outbreak and six months after the last of the Infected starved to death, a U.S.-led NATO operation commanded by U.S. Army Brigadier General Stone begins to repopulate the country, starting with the Isle of Dogs in London, known as District 1. Among the survivors flown in from European refugee camps are Don's children, teenage Tammy and twelve-year-old Andy, who are reunited with their father. Escaping from District 1 to visit their old family home, Tammy and Andy discover that their mother is still alive. Medical checks conducted by army doctor Scarlett confirm that Alice is infected but does not show any symptoms. Scarlett believes that Tammy and Andy may have inherited their mother's genetic immunity to the Rage virus.

During an unauthorised visit, Don kisses Alice and becomes infected from her saliva. After violently killing her, he attacks several soldiers, spreading the infection. Stone orders the execution of Code Red, a prepared plan to deal with another outbreak, and snipers attempt to shoot the Infected without harming any uninfected civilians. However, the situation soon spirals out of control and Stone orders the army to kill everyone. One sniper, Sergeant Doyle, is uncomfortable with these orders and abandons his post, joining a group of survivors including Scarlett, Tammy and Andy. Attempting to lead the group to safety, Doyle is contacted by helicopter pilot Flynn, who arranges to meet him at Regent's Park. Doyle's group make it out of District 1 just before the U.S. Air Force firebombs the entire area, incinerating the Infected and civilians alike. However, some other survivors and Infected, including Don, also manage to escape into wider London.

At Regent's Park, Flynn, who was expecting to meet only Doyle, refuses to evacuate the other survivors and tells Doyle to meet him alone at Wembley Stadium in north London. Running from the Infected through the streets of central London, Doyle, Scarlett, Tammy and Andy take refuge in an abandoned Volvo V70 when they are confronted a cloud of poison gas released by the army. When Scarlett cannot start the car, Doyle sacrifices himself to push-start the vehicle and is killed by flamethrower-wielding NBC soldiers. Following a helicopter attack on the car as it travels through Westminster, Scarlett, Tammy and Andy take refuge in Charing Cross tube station. In the darkness, Scarlett is killed by the infected Don, who then attacks and bites Andy. Tammy shoots and kills her father and discovers that while Andy is now infected, he is immune like his mother.

Reaching Wembley Stadium, Tammy and Andy are rescued by Flynn, who uses his helicopter to fly them over London, past the White Cliffs of Dover and across the English Channel towards France.

In an epilogue captioned "28 Days Later", Flynn's helicopter is shown abandoned. The film ends depicting a swarm of infected running across the terrace of the Palais de Chaillot towards the Eiffel Tower, indicating that the infection has spread to Continental Europe.

-Wikipedia (Sorry but I'm lazy to summarize a movie that I dislike...)

It's a sequel to its predecessor "28 Days Later"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/28_Days_Later

It's watchable. but still, crap for me.

Okay okay I know I was just being paranoid! In fact these two movies seem to be just fine to the audience worldwide, it has good reception because of its well taken action scenes and its good portray of the deserted mainland of Great Britain when the god damn virus spreads, so grab the ticket if you are into pissing your pants off (nah it's not that scary anyway :p, just disgusting) and wants to get a rough idea of how you can actually exterminate millions of people in the future if you ever wanted to do so. The conclusion? I don't like this movie, my personal taste. (actually I was kinda annoyed by its occasional frenzy movement of the camera in the early scenes when the zombies attacked, but maybe this is the technique of directors used to capture action scenes, or is it a method to actually "censor" the unwanted gores, but it sure makes me feel dizzy and uneasy, don't know about you guys.). After all this is an interesting thriller that promised to be as intriguing as ever, feel free to go for it. But if you haven't watch Spider-man 3 just yet (SHAME ON YOU :p), make it a top-most priority before getting a bite from this zombie. (Actually I'd rather watch it a second time... Well... No turning back now.). By the way, they are planning for a third installment, I doubt I will go back for another bite (=_=).

So long...

Where is my dream?

Never been able to come out with any idea to blog these few days. But I just thought that, if I still don't want to write a few words here, I'll never get the chance to do so anymore. Since I tend to give reasons to myself to skip a particular practice or routine (especially a good and beneficial one) if I do not resume within a few days =.=. Been really addicted to this little Mikun-chan, did nothing besides anticipated so eagerly for her third album (it was supposed to be finished by today but what the heck, stupid download manager, it seems like I need 2 more days =.=, I HATE DOWNLOADING) while listening to her first and second album over and over again for whole day, repeated not less than 30 times for the whole albums I think =.=". Because of her I didn't take the trouble to think of blogging ideas and even reading newspaper, two days papers are stacked by now =.=". But don't know why I got really excited about her, can't stop thinking about her. This situation seems really similar to that I went through when I was in secondary years, that time when I addicted to a Taiwanese artist named Cyndi Wang Xin Ling, I even attended her mini-concert and got her signature, will show you guys in the future when I got my other wife.

What a sudden that I thought about "dream", nope not your great old little kids' grand ambitions but D.R.E.A.M., the real dream. It was only recently that I realized I seldom DREAM lately... Where are my dreams? Where were those sweet memories? Some professionals said that dream reflects our own experiences in life, or even our desire, what we wanted. I have had many many weird, sweet, scary, or unwanted dreams.

I dreamt about being the freakiest warplane pilot ever in the century...

I dreamt about death, me being the dead, wandered around the places that I once visited, the people that I knew. It was deep and hollow... Don't want to recall it again.

I dreamt about weird people I don't know in person, but appeared in my life. They were not supposed to be in my dream, what's wrong?

I dreamt about stones, lots of stones around me, on my head, hands, legs, heart, what the heck... (I consider this as a nightmare back in my childhood, I even cried out loud =.=)

I dreamt about toy story, my own little version of toy story. All my toys just started moving and talking to each other =.=. (tons of Power Rangers)

I dreamt about staying overnight in shopping mall, a little adventure, explored around the mall in the middle of the night. I think I got locked inside, and where the heck did that torchlight came from!?

I dreamt about primary school, my sweet memories with friends, and my crush.

I dreamt about being a superhero, with great mastery of kung-fu =.=".

I dreamt about food, nice food, tons of food, I love food.

I dreamt about going toilet (seriously), a crappy dream =.=.

I dreamt about being a bad guy, was it a shooting frenzy or gang-rape? =.=

Ahem, at last, I remember I had some p******(censored) dreams before, twice I think.

That's all I can recall now, but I think I missed many. It's weird, scientists said we usually won't remember what we dreamt about, yeah that's true. But still I can remember many, but not all. As for now, I really want to dream about Mikun-chan, I have never dreamt for months! Oh gosh give me back my sweet dreams T_T.

Mind to share your special dreams?

Don't steal this album...

Nothing special today, aside from the fact that I've waited for 9 hours to download my dream girl's album (of course she's not the only one), well it really sounds silly that a guy actually tries his patience on a 56k connection with actual connection speed of 28.8 kbps (why the heck do I only get half of it?) to download a full album, but I just can't hold myself from doing it. It pays, though she's a bit wet behind the ears, but this was her first album back then and it's not a bad start at all, at least I still love all the songs ^.^. Her voice is sweet, innocent, and powerful (sometimes, theme-oriented). Well, she's one of my favorite Japanese artists, Mikuni Shimokawa. She is talented, first seen hitting the Japanese store at the year 2000, she is one of a kind, being capable of writing songs, and even play piano!! (muacks) She's kinda special if compare to my other favorites, this is because she was the reason I got addicted to Japanese songs. Her song was my first approach to Japanese songs and I got so excited about all the other female Japanese singers since then (and some male singers too), although I have tons of favorites, and taste varies, but still, I love her ^.^. Well, I'm looking forward to the next 9 hours, cause I'm downloading her 2nd album V(^.^)V. Oh by the way, a word of advice. DO NOT STEAL MUSIC, frankly I hate piracy and downloading, I did this not on my own willingness, it's just that I can't find her albums in Malaysia, if I could somehow, I'd make sure I get them, given that I have enough cash on hand. Even if I already had that song, I will still buy it. I like music, I respect it, and I respect artists' efforts, if you are like me and have a few admirers I am sure that you will understand my feeling and passion for the music. Yes I'm poor, but still I will hold firm to my principle of buying my favorite artists' albums all by myself (original), I can do it, what about those of you who are "more capable" than me? ;-) Oh, in case you are wondering, I have around... Erm... 1, 2, 3, 4... About 30+ original albums, well that's the best I can do as a student, of course more are on the way :-). I felt guilty every time I downloaded a song from the Internet... Seriously... =.=""

Some recent thoughts: Today I read this from the newspaper, Jaya Supermarket at Seksyen 14 is going to be demolished, hmm... It didn't look THAT old to me... And whatever happened to our lovely Sun, it seems to be acting a bit violently these few weeks, scorching hot even in the night =.=. Lastly, I did not get to "communicate" that often lately, because of this downloading business I need to stop surfing websites and MSN just to compensate connection speed for my download manager, I hate downloadings =.=.

Some "hygiene talk"

Have you ever wash your toilet? If you had not do so, do it. Grab some time in your holiday, and do it. Trust me, the outcome of the result will greatly overwhelm your tiredness. I never felt better, even better than Godlike'ing and Triple Kill'ing in DotA.

Today I took my time to go back to Millennium Court (MC), my good old hostel. Well it will still accompany me for the coming 3 years (I suppose), so I've proposed to my parents today so that they could fetch me to PJ (about 40 minutes ride from Ampang) and could as well help me out in my cleaning :p. Frankly it has been months since the last time I clean up my room, I'm not the working type, I'll just push every task away so that they could stay as far from me as possible, until the very last minute that I have no choice but to pick it up. And so, finally I knew that I could not withstand the dirtiness of my room anymore, given that coincidentally my room mate has just moved out and this is a holiday, I think there is not much choice and other reasons that could stop me from working now.

My mom asked me to bring along our vacuum cleaner equipped with the amplifier system or hi-fi or woofer or whatever you call it, well IT IS a vacuum cleaner, it's just that it's so loud that it could disturb my neighbors two houses away, and might burst your ears if you stay too close to it (ahem... A bit exaggerate but that's my way of describing this antique). At first I had in fear that I might disrupt my neighbors, but then I realized that many have gone back to their hometown, and given that it was noon, many should have attended classes (just give me a reason okay?), and bla bla bla. I even brought a mop (I used to have none in my room, sorry).

It was okay in the progress until my mom suggested "Why don't you clean your toilet? It looks disgusting..." Uhuh, you guess it, disaster! I suppose everyone on Earth has certain degree of fear and phobia towards toilet, especially when using public toilets and toilets that are not owned by ourselves, particularly those that are DIRTY, eww... Disgusting. But then... Order is order, that is my own toilet, what to fear =.=? At first the cleaning was not smooth, but as time goes on I felt like I have became one with the toilet, I begin to wash "lovingly" and "aggressively" (as I direct the water anywhere around the toilet as if my clothes won't get wet, was I being childish =.=). The result? A clean and shiny toilet, and a soaked up zLz. Without second thought I bathed in the toilet itself, and after I finished I felt sooo refreshing, "suang ah"... I love my toilet ^.^. This weird feeling is so similar to what I felt the last time I cleaned up my toilet, well this is only the second time =.=". I think as I tried my best to clean my toilet eventually I will develop it as a habit, and that I will clean it more frequently and use it "wisely", as not to dirty it.

Oh, that was something funny happened between me and my room mate too. On the day before I came back to Ampang from MC for my holiday, we got to speak to each other and know more about each other (not that we don't get the chance to do so everyday... It's just that... Well... I'm not good in social'ing, neither is he).

RM: "Huh? You study in UTAR? I didn't know!"
zLz: "Uhuh?"
RM: "Which UTAR?"
zLz: "PJ campus."
RM: "Oh? PJ got UTAR meh?" (SWEAT...)
zLz: "Got la, at Seksyen 14, opposite of Seksyen 17..."
RM: "Oh, all along I thought you study in UTAR Setapak, and that you take bus from here to there..."

And the yada yada...

Well, I stay in PJ and I take bus to Setapak which is way nearer from my own house... YEA RIGHT... SWEAT... I have stayed with this room mate for 1 year, and I knew nothing about him except his phone number and his name (not even full name)... What a "room sharing"... I seldom talk with him, and he's the quiet type too. I begin to doubt my people skill =.=.

Go get 'em, tiger.

Kept repeating this song when I was back from the theater... Though it has nothing to do with the movie =.=. Yeah I like this song.

Spiderman, Spiderman,
Does whatever a spider can.
Spins a web, any size,
Catches thieves just like flies.
Look out! Here comes the Spiderman.

Is he strong? Listen bud—
He's got radioactive blood.
Can he swing from a thread?
Take a look overhead.
Hey there! There goes the Spiderman.

In the chill of the night,
At the scene of the crime,
Like a streak of light,
He arrives just in time!

Spiderman, Spiderman,
Friendly neighborhood Spiderman.
Wealth and fame, he's ignored—
Action is his reward.
To him,
Life is a great big bang-up—
Wherever there's a hang-up,
You'll find the Spiderman!

Yes I've watched it, the third installment of the greatest trilogy ever, bite me. Blekk...

DotA really sucks...

Don't have the mood to think of anything today, I'm tired. Just got back from that DotA training session. Seriously it's strange and super weird to train a girl into DotA!! =.= I hate DotA.

Aye aye sir, it will be solved in no time!

"If you don't see you've got a problem, then you won't solve it" - Tan Sri Ramon Navaratnam (President of Transparency International Malaysia)

I'm glad to hear your saying Mr. Navaratnam but I would like to modify a little bit on that sentence, "If the public and newsgroup don't say you've got a problem, then you won't have to solve it."

"WTF" you say? Well I was just sounding my opinion behalf the Malaysian culture that we used to practice in this country. Yes this is Malaysian style, this is Malaysia, this is the government of Malaysia, and this is the people of Malaysia. How often do we get news on the corruption of Malaysian authorities, landslide, NS problems, Samivellu issue, Anwa issue, AP issue, the abuse of power, the Datuk issue, the recent Putra Jaya government buildings issue, and many many things else in the past? Not until someone make his/her complains to the specific authority (given that his/her complains are to be taken care of "concerned" officers...), make it to the news, being persistent enough till someone stands out and say something.

Regarding the current issue, the bad quality of newly constructed government buildings, there are three already. Roofs falling off, pipes bursting out... All sorts of troubles. Holy crap! Those buildings are way newer than my hut! Why are these things happening?

For a moment there I was wondering why is it everytime once an unpleasant situation (regarding the government) is being revealed, more and more will come eventually, it's like a chain. Like those landslides, Samivellu's, Datuk issuing, AP issuing, and all... More in-depth information will be revealed and soon enough more and more culprits and troubles will be made to the headlines. Once there is a corruption of building here at Ampang, another case will be reported at Sungai Buloh =.=. Why is it so? I think I have got the answer. This is because things are happening all the time, just that nobody ever dare to report or had any hopes that their complains will be heard. They are not in the news doesn't mean that they are not happening! Many hopes that the news will be overlooked over time, and eventually be forgotten.

The authorities feel that they will have to do something when all of the countrymen begin to doubt their transparency and efficiency because the bad news is all about them. I'm puzzled, I begin to question the transparency of news. Even if I read newspaper almost everyday I still don't think that many unseen truths and happenings are being reported, maybe I'm a little bit of underestimating our government, they can actually manipulate the news! Many problems and bad news about the government that once made a month streak on the headlines will eventually be wiped out from the paper without a good explanation and solution, often leaving the "concerned ones" behind. Soon enough, we'll see...

Sorry to disappoint you, but my brain doesn't come with nutri-plus...

Just got back from Spectrum, one of the not-so-pristine shopping complexes that you can find around the Ampang area. Yes it sucks but we have no choice but to shop there for tonight's dinner since we have eaten our breakfast around there and my mom insisted to print some photos. Well we went in the wet market section but it was not long before I rushed out from that area gasping for air, man it stinks!! =.=

I left with nothing to do but to lepak around and take a look at the dry section, and then I tumbled upon a rack of eggs. I had a brief look through, surprisingly I found ALL of them have a similar feature, they all have the label "nutri-plus" on them, =.=. I was wondering, when did this so-call "nutri-plus" started to dominate the market and many products followed up right after its glorious market demands. And then I went through the vege section and the same phenomenon stunned me for a while, though the phrase they used this time is different, it's "organic", but I guess it's no different from "nutri-plus", since both of them will be interpreted as "quality product, safe and healthy to be consumed" by the customers.

I'm not saying that all this "nutrition-enhanced" food is merely bullshit or such thing never exist at all, but in fact I believe that, or, I "believed" that, not now, not with so many self-proclaimed "nutri-plus" and "organic" products flowed into the market without official approval recently. I doubt soon enough we will get to see "nutri-plus" soft drinks, "nutri-plus" junk food, "nutri-plus" beer, "nutri-plus" char kwuey teow, "organic" straw, "organic" spoon, "organic" pillow, "organic" phone, "organic" dictionary (don't ask me what why how, it's just "organic", "organic" doesn't need a reason =.=)...
